Remote support is available within 30 minutes of a ticket being raised. For issues that require a physical presence, our engineers arrive on-site within 2 hours across Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. For critical server outages, we treat it as a P1 and mobilise immediately.
Yes. We manage multi-site businesses with offices across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and other UAE emirates. We assign a dedicated engineer per site and provide centralised monitoring from our NOC, so issues in any location are spotted and resolved quickly.
Absolutely. Many clients start with basic IT support and later add cloud management, cyber security monitoring or Microsoft 365 administration. Your AMC can be expanded at any time without signing a new long-term contract.
We offer monthly rolling plans as well as annual contracts. Annual plans come with better pricing and priority SLA guarantees. Most clients choose annual contracts because the savings are significant, but we never force you into a long-term commitment.
